Access and Login
Accessing the platform
Mind One is a web application accessible from any modern browser. Go to your environment’s URL:
https://getmindapp.ioWe recommend using the latest versions of Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge or Safari.
Creating an account
To sign up for Mind One:
- Go to the sign-up screen from the Create account link on the login page.
- Enter your corporate email, name and password.
- Accept the terms of use and the privacy policy.
- Optionally, select a subscription plan during sign-up or during onboarding afterwards.
- Confirm your email using the link you’ll receive.
Signing up automatically creates a tenant (organization) of which you’ll be the owner.
Note on corporate domains: if your organization has domain restrictions configured, you can only sign up with an email from the authorized domain. Public email providers (Gmail, Hotmail, etc.) may be blocked depending on the configuration.
Authentication methods
Email and password
The standard method. Enter your email and password on the login screen.
- If you forgot your password, use the Forgot your password? option to receive a reset link by email.
OAuth (Google and Azure AD)
If your organization has it enabled, you can sign in with:
- Google: click “Sign in with Google” and authorize access.
- Azure AD / Microsoft: click “Sign in with Microsoft” and complete corporate authentication.
OAuth works both for logging in and for signing up new accounts.
The availability of each OAuth provider is configured at the platform level. If you don’t see these options, contact your administrator.
Invitations
Administrators can invite users to an existing tenant:
- The invited user receives an email with an invitation link.
- Clicking it lets them create a new account (name + password) or link an existing one.
- Once the invitation is accepted, the user accesses the tenant with the role assigned by the administrator.
Membership statuses
| Status | Description |
|---|---|
| Active | The user has full access according to their role |
| Invited | The invitation was sent but not yet accepted |
| Pending | The user signed up with a corporate domain and is waiting for administrator approval |
| Suspended | Access was suspended by the administrator or due to billing issues |

- Number format: decimal comma (
1000,12) or decimal point (1000.12), with a checkbox to enable the thousands separator. - Currency format:
1.000,12€·1,000.12€·€1.000,12·€1,000.12.
Currency-type columns use this format unless the column defines its own mask. See Sheets.
